You are being asked to participate in a research study to assess the current state of use of
telemedicine and HIT. Researchers from Michigan State University will perform this
research study. The purpose of this research study is to determine what changes, if any technology,
practices, evaluations occured during a three year period.
Participation in this research study is completely voluntary. You may refuse to
answer any questions you do not feel comfortable answering and you may withdraw from
the study at any time.
If you decide to take part in this research study, you will be asked about your facilities current Telemedicine or HIT
program and what you would like to see from a Telemedicine & HIT Resource Center to
help sustain and grow your activities.
This entire research activity should take about 20-25 minutes to complete. All of your answers
will remain confidential with only the investigator having access to the data collected for
this project. Your confidentiality will be protected to the maximum extent allowable by
law.
